OUR CONSTRUCTION PROCESS -
-
Paperwork - While building your swimming pool, we take care of every aspect of construction to serve you with the best one. We visit you to have a look at the site and to discuss your requirements and desires. We discuss with you about the pool size, materials, and budget. After listing your requirements, our expert will recommend the best suitable type of swimming pool to match your lifestyle and fulfil your desire. After seeing the site and finalizing the design, materials and other necessary things, we take almost 1-2 weeks to prepare all papers. Our architect, design, and draws a detailed plan including pool depth, level, datum points, steel plans, hydraulic and concrete plan. The next step is to take approvals from the local council if required any.
-
Excavation - This is the stage for the proper unearthing of the land which needs to be done before moving to the next stage. First, we contact our clients to arrange the pool excavation. Once we get approval from our client, the excavator, steel load and trucks will arrive and initiate the mining of your pool.
-
Safety Fencing - A removal safety fencing is required to protect by creating a barrier. This installed and removed fence will build around the ground swimming pool with transparent polyester mesh fabric to secure from any mishappenings.
-
Steel Fixing - After finishing the excavation work, our steel fixer will come for the steel fixing. Their work is to create a criss-cross steel cage covering the whole interior surface of the pool and will do the pre-plumbing work on the interior of the pool. Steel fixing work includes setting the steel reinforcing bars to ensure that they stay in the correct place, with concrete slabs, pads and pier. The entire steel fixing work includes all the pool returns, building fully-boxed, pool suctions, solar provisions, in the ground or out of ground pools, spa, blower lines, electrics etc.
-
Plumbing in the shell - Our plumber will ask you to suggest the right place where you would like your pump and filter to be installed, as it is the necessary structure to ensure safe water flow throughout the pool. Before moving to the next step, we test the system’s hydrostatically pressure to ensure there are no leaks.
-
Concreting - Our concreters pour a smooth surface for floors with the composition of concrete and shape the pool as desired. It needs to water twice in a day for a few weeks to allow it to absorb moisture.
-
Coping and Landscaping - Here, we deliver coping, or granite rocks, waterline tiles, rocks or blocks get delivered at the site. The coping and waterline tiles install on a base of sand and cement, and augmentation joints will also get installed to allow for a specific movement.
-
Fence inspection and Pebble interior - Before installing the pebble, the fence needs to be inspected to avoid any further dispute. After that, pebbles need to get sprayed on concrete and then smoothed out with tools. It works as a bladder and prevents any leak. Once it gets completely dried, we begin filling the pool.
Next step would be to arrange the pool started up, including cleaning, starting up the pump, filtration equipment, and balancing the water chemical level.
